Privacy Policy

Tier One connects trained sales professionals (“reps”) with businesses looking to hire them (“partners”). This policy explains what we collect, why, who can see it, and how to get it changed or removed.

When you apply and build a profile, we collect:

• Identity and contact: full name, email address, phone number
• Location: city and country
• Professional background:years of experience, sales types, industries, notable achievements, biography, and the amount of cash you've collected in previous roles
• Files and links: profile photo, introduction video link, résumé, cover letter, LinkedIn profile
• Demographic: gender, and age at the application stage — collected because partners filter on these when staffing
• Application details: Instagram handle, your current situation, and how you found us (including campaign tags from the link you arrived through)

• Company: company name, website, industry
• Contact: contact name, email address, phone number
• Hiring needs:how many setters, closers, and sales managers you're looking for, what you want in a rep, and a link to your own application form
• Activity: which reps you request, and any message you send with a request

This is the part worth reading carefully if you're a rep.

• Anyone visiting the site can see the profiles of active reps on the public roster — photo, first name and last initial, city, experience, sales types, industries, and biography.
• Approved partners additionally see your full name, email, phone number, introduction video, résumé, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile. Partners are approved manually and granted access individually.
• Tier One staff can see everything, including applications that never became profiles.

Your profile is only listed publicly once it has been activated. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

• Supabase — database, accounts, and file storage
• Netlify — website hosting and delivery
• Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google. We receive your email address, name, and profile picture from Google. We never receive your Google password.
• Resend — sending transactional email

Each of these processes data on our behalf under its own terms. Some store data outside your country.

You can sign in with a password or with your Google account. If you sign in with Google using the same email address as an existing Tier One account, the two are linked and you can use either method afterwards.

We store a password only as a secure one-way hash and can never read it.

We set cookies only to keep you signed in and to complete a password reset. There are no advertising or analytics cookies. Clearing them signs you out; nothing else breaks.

Profiles and partner records are kept while the account is open. Applications that don't progress are archived rather than deleted so we have a record of who applied and when. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

You can ask us to:

• Send you a copy of what we hold about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Remove your profile from the public roster
• Delete your account and personal information entirely

Tier One is for working sales professionals and businesses. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to account holders by email.
