Terms of Service

Last updated 6 September 2026

Agreement

These terms apply when you use Tier One, whether as a sales professional (“rep”) or as a business hiring through the platform (“partner”). Using the site means you accept them. If you don't, please don't use it.

What Tier One does

We introduce reps to partners. We vet and train the reps on our roster, and we make introductions — but we are not the employer of any rep, and we are not a party to whatever arrangement a partner and a rep reach between themselves.

Your account

Keep your login details to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You're responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person or business.

If you're a rep

  • Everything in your profile must be accurate and yours — your own experience, your own résumé, your own likeness.
  • By activating your profile you agree that it can be shown on the public roster, and that approved partners can see your contact details, video, and résumé.
  • You can ask us to remove your profile from the roster at any time.
  • Onboarding links are issued to you personally and shouldn't be shared.

If you're a partner

  • Applying does not guarantee access. We approve partners manually and grant roster access at our discretion.
  • Rep information is provided for your own hiring only. Don't republish it, resell it, add it to another database, or contact reps for anything other than the role you described.
  • Any placement fee is agreed separately in writing before an introduction is confirmed.
  • You are responsible for your own hiring decisions, contracts, and compliance with employment law.

Acceptable use

Don't:

  • Scrape, bulk-download, or automate access to the roster
  • Misrepresent who you are or who you work for
  • Upload anything unlawful, misleading, or not yours to upload
  • Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you haven't been given access to

We may suspend or remove any account that breaks these terms, without notice where the situation warrants it.

Your content

What you upload stays yours. You give us permission to host and display it for the purpose of running the platform — showing your profile to visitors and partners. That permission ends when you remove the content or close your account.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform running but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and we may suspend the service for maintenance.

Liability

The platform is provided as-is. We are not liable for the conduct or performance of any rep or partner, for hiring decisions made through the platform, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
